Alessandra Ambrosio Diet and Workout Tricks

Ambrosio’s workout routine alternates between yoga, Pilates, cardio exercise, calisthenics and light weightlifting. Like other fitness fanatics, Ambrosio works out to feel good and stay healthy. “I think my motivation is more to stay healthy than look good,” she said. Alessandra rarely eats dinner at home, preferring Japanese, Thai, Brazilian or Korean restaurants. She is not afraid of eating red meat and allows herself to sample anything that sounds interesting. Her only real “no-no” is carbonated beverages, and that is more of a taste preference than a dietary restriction.

She approached Brazil based fitness teacher, Leandro Carvalho, who has now become famous with his “Brazil Butt Lift” idea. Ale demanded that she wants to have long legs, thinner thighs and also a tight buttock. Leandro worked on her query and as a result, he gave birth to a great idea called “Brazil Butt Lift”, now for which, the models are sailing up to him for the same.

Ambrosio likes to eat different foods every day, and she says the key to not gaining weight is to eat in moderation. If she’s at home, she cooks her own lunch and if she’s working she tries to find a healthy take out. She says that a quick snack of fruit or a protein bar is enough. If she is not working, she enjoys a casual lunch of sushi or a salad.

It’s no surprise that the Victoria’s Secret models up their exercise regime in the months before the show, but for some, like Alessandra, work starts a year before. “I started doing the Tracy Anderson Method last year and I love it so much,” she told HELLO!. “What I love about the classes is that it doesn’t feel like a workout but rather like a fun dance class that targets all of your muscle groups, and you get amazing results.” “I started working out withTracy Andersonabout a month ago, and I really love it,” she tells The Coveteur Apparently, she used to hate doing any cardio. Ambrosio was selected as the first spokes model for Victoria’s Secret “PINK” line. Being a top model she has got a stunning body and killer looks.

“It’s OK to lack motivation during this time—we are all feeling it—but it is important to make some time for ourselves and working out is a great way to center yourself and stay fit.” Alessandra retired as a Victoria’s Secret model in 2017 but stays in top shape with an organic diet, cardio exercise, yoga workouts, and calisthenics. She does not believe in starving herself and has even been seen eating an ice cream cone. It is worth noting that Alessandra was a overweight as a child and only recently slimmed down to her current supermodel physique.

It all depends on the day and if I am working on set or working from home. After my workout, I usually grab a green juice, followed by lunch, where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner, I might go for sushi, or grill at home — some Brazilian BBQ. I also have some nuts or a protein bar in my bag all the time in case I get hungry while I am running around. She certainly hit the genetic lottery, but she also makes an effort to eat clean most of the time. She doesn’t follow any specific diet, but sticks to whole, natural foods like eggs, chicken, fish, and salad.
